Justiné Brophy* | CEO

Bachelor Degree (Economics & Finance), MBA (Henley U.K.)

Justiné is the Chief Executive Officer of AnBro Capital Investments.

After a lengthy career in Investment banking Justine’ co-founded AnBro Capital in 2014 with Craig Antonie. Having a passion for designing and implementing smart solutions for clients led Justiné to the creation of AnBro Capital (which has since evolved into AnBro Capital Investments). Justiné has accumulated over 29 years of financial experience with various executive roles. Justiné has had extensive experience in listing and managing exchange traded funds and Mutual Funds in South Africa, Africa and Europe

Craig Antonie* | CIO

CAIB (SA), SAIFM - Registered Stock Broker.

Craig is the Chief Investment Officer of AnBro Capital Investments.

Craig co-founded AnBro Capital in 2014 with Justine’ Brophy, after a career of over 26 years in Financial Markets and has had extensive experience in listing and managing exchange traded funds and Mutual Funds in South Africa, Africa and Europe . Craig has had experience in various roles across Investment and Private Banking including an executive role at Nedgroup Securities (Pty) Ltd.

Lloyd Priestman | Director

CA(SA), CAIA

Lloyd is a Director of AnBro Capital Investments.

Lloyd joined AnBro in 2019 having worked closely with the AnBro Capital management team for many years on various projects. He has a vast array of experience in the asset management industry which includes: portfolio management, establishing and running asset management and wealth management companies, financial engineering and structuring, private equity, venture capital and corporate finance.

Isaac Mophatlane | Non-Executive Director

Bachelor Degree (University of Pretoria) 

Isaac is a valued Non-Executive Director of AnBro Capital Investments and he brings an independent guiding insight into our operations and strategy.

In 1996 Isaac, with his brother Benjamin, co-founded the former Business Connection, a computer reseller focused on government and parastatals. Business Connection subsequently merged with Seattle Solutions in 2001. In 2004, the company merged with Comparex Africa and Isaac was appointed as group executive: client engagement - public sector. Isaac is a member of the Black Management Forum, the Electronic Industries Federation of South Africa and the Black Information Technology Forum. He is also the deputy non-executive chairman of the Catholic Education Investment Company.
